- Introduction: These terms and conditions govern your participation in the RoHustlers Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Enrollment: To enroll in the Program, you must complete the enrollment process and be accepted into the Program by RoHustlers.
- Promotional Activities: As an affiliate, you may promote RoHustlers’ products and services through various marketing channels. However, you may not engage in any brand bidding, which refers to bidding on any keywords or phrases that include or are similar to RoHustlers’ trademarks or brand name.
- Commissions: RoHustlers will pay you a commission for each qualified sale generated through your unique affiliate link. The commission rate and payment schedule will be specified in your affiliate account.
- Tracking: RoHustlers will track sales generated through your unique affiliate link. You acknowledge that RoHustlers’ tracking system is the sole means of tracking sales for the purpose of determining commissions due.
- Payment: RoHustlers will pay commissions within 30 of days after the end of each month, provided that the minimum commission threshold has been met.
- Termination: RoHustlers reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.
- Limitation of Liability: RoHustlers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
- Changes to Terms: RoHustlers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. Your continued participation in the Program following the posting of any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
